Logon Request for Customer Resources Access
The Customer Resources area is not the Help Desk.
To request a Login Id for the Help Desk please send an email request to

Information you may access in the Customer Resources Area is of a proprietary
nature and use or disclosure of it is covered by your license
agreement.
To request a logon and a password, complete the request form
below. Once we have received your registration request, we
will send you a user name and a password via e-mail so you
can access the customer-only areas of our Web site. Please
include your complete name and your e-mail address. Please
do not use generic names or pseudonyms. If you have any questions
about this Web site please send an e-mail message to webmaster@emperex.com.
Account Validation
The following must be satisfied for access to be granted:
- Customer must be under a valid contract or license agreement
with Emperex Corporation.
- Organization's name on the account application must match the
name on the contract/agreement.
- Customer e-mail address must reflect the domain name of the
organization.
- Customer e-mail address must be for an individual, not a departmental
address.
